Why We Don't Patch or Overlay
Surface patches and thin overlay products can make damaged concrete look better temporarily, but they don't fix what caused the damage — a failed subgrade, inadequate reinforcement, or ongoing soil movement. Applied over an unresolved problem, a patch or overlay typically fails again within a short time, often faster than the original damage took to appear.
We don't offer patching or overlay services. When concrete has failed, we remove and rebuild it correctly, so the repair actually lasts.
